A. These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement. The provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall apply to any use that will be done
by the customer on the Different Reality Website – the Centre for Unique Treatments and Studies, and any purchase made by the customer through the Website, including a telephone purchase, constitutes a binding agreement between the customer and Alter Your Reality LTD.
Read these Terms and Conditions in full and carefully. The titles of the Terms and Conditions and the sections are for convenience only.
Browsing the website and/or purchasing products or services offered for sale on it, constitutes your consent to accept and act in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
B. Do not copy the contents of the Website. Among other things, do not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or use in any other way the content that appears on the Website without the written permission of Alter Your Reality LTD.
C. Einor Israeli has registered copyrights on all the products displayed on the Website. It is forbidden to transfer the products to a third party, print, duplicate, copy, photograph, translate any part of the products, without the written permission of Elinor Israeli.
D. An adult aged 18 and above who holds a valid means of payment may use the site. There is no option to order products without providing credit card details and/or any other means of payment that will be acceptable by Alter Your Reality LTD, including billing services such as PayPal.
E. Changes in the Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions may be changed at any time by Alter Your Reality LTD, at her sole discretion.

A. Alter Your Reality LTD will handle the delivery of the products purchased on the Website to an address in Israel and/or to a pre-agreed collection point as provided at the time the order was made and in accordance with the Terms of supply listed on the sales page of the products.
B. The customer confirms that his/her order is subject to adequacy testing by Alter Your Reality LTD. If the product purchased by the customer is found adequate, the order will be approved.
C. Order completion date. The date of completion of an order is conditional on approval by Alter Your Reality LTD. This confirmation will be sent to the customer via e-mail including the relevant order details, order number, customer details and order details.
In addition, confirmation of order completion will be conditional on approval by the customer’s credit card company and the receipt of confirmation that the product is currently in stock. Delivery dates will be counted from the moment the order completion was confirmed. Delays that are the customer’s responsibility will be his/her own responsibility only.
D. Product delivery will be done via Israel Post, Boxit and or through another delivery service, to the address provided by the customer at the time the order was placed.
E. Delivery of the products to the customer’s home via the delivery service Boxit or the postal service will be in accordance with the terms of the shipping company or Israel Post (respectively) and subject to their distribution areas.
F. Delivery and transportation to restricted areas. Regarding delivery to areas that are restricted for access due to security issues, Alter Your Reality LTD may deliver the products to customers at an acceptable nearby location, which will be coordinated with them in advance. The customer confirms that he/she is aware of the fact that in some towns, the postal delivery service is carried out to the post office that is the closest to the customer’s place of residence.
G. Calculation of dates. The delivery times for the products/services listed on the sales page include only the calculation of business days (Sundays to Thursdays, not including Fridays, Saturdays, holidays eves and holidays) as of the date the order is completed.
H. Self Pick-Up. A purchaser of a product may collect the product directly by self-pick-up from Alter Your Reality LTD officess.
I. The product will be collected within 5 business days from the date the order was confirmed. If a customer fails to collect the product by the said date, Alter Your Reality LTD may at any time determine that this will be considered as the customer’s notice of cancellation of the transaction.
J. In the event that a product manufactured specifically for a customer (a custom-made product such as canvas) is not collected after 5 business days from the date the order was confirmed, Alter Your Reality LTD may destroy the product or continue to hold it at her sole discretion.
K. Identity authentication or request for additional details. Alter Your Reality LTD may require, at any time, additional details or references (such as presentation of an identity card) regarding the user and/or owner of the credit card used for the order, including the credit card holder’s signature on the voucher as a condition for the delivery of the product.
L. Delay and late deliver If there is a delay in receiving the product, the customer is obliged to update Alter Your Reality LTD of the matter within a reasonable period of time. In any case, this period of time shall not exceed 72 hours from the end of the delivery date on the product page.
M. If the customer fails to notify Alter Your Reality LTD of the delay in receiving the product within a reasonable period of time following that product delivery date, this will be considered as receipt of the product by the customer. The customer hereby waives any complaint, claim and/or demand, of any kind, for the non-delivery of that product and/or its late delivery.
N. Delay and late delivery by Israel Post/ courier company/ boxit – Alter Your Reality LTD is not responsible for any delay caused by Israel Post/ courier company and/or boxit.
A. Users undertake to fill in accurate and correct details. It is important to note that providing false information is a criminal offense.
B. Users are strictly prohibited from using offensive, blatant, or obscene language and/or content that may offend and/or defame and/or that may in any way constitute defamation and/or violation of any provision of law. Alter Your Reality LTD reserves the right to terminate the contract with a user who has violated this section, postpone and or cancel his/her orders. In addition, Alter Your Reality LTD may, in such case, revoke his/her personal code.
C. Alter Your Reality LTD may publish on the Website, or in any other means or media, users’ feedback or any part of them and/or use them for any other purpose, including the publication of the Website; users will not have any claim against such publication.
A. The customer violated any of the Terms and Conditions;
B. The customer provided misleading information during the registration and or afterwards, in writing or by telephone;
C. The customer committed an act or omission that could harm Alter Your Reality LTD.
D. The customer intends to resell the product or service that he/she receives to a third party and/or trade it.
E. In the event that an unusual error occurs in the product description, whether in the product price or in the product description, the customer will be notified of the cancellation of the order by phone and/or in writing to the e-mail address updated on the customer’s card.
A. A customer may cancel an order in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 (Hereinafter: Consumer Protection Law).

D. When purchasing a keychain – up to fourteen days from the date the product is received.
E. In the case of a course/ support program – 100% guarantee – the Implementation Challenge. If the client has listened to all the lessons, performed all the treatments in full, and there is still no change in his/her life within a month of completing the program, Alter Your Reality LTD undertakes to allow the customer to receive an additional one-time personal treatment of one hour in the topic of the course/support program.

According to the Consumer Protection Law, Alter Your Reality LTD may charge a cancellation fee of 5% of the price of the purchased product or NIS 100, whichever is lower, provided that the cancellation of the order is not due to a defect in the product or due to non-compliance.
In such a case, a customer who received the product will arrange to return it to Alter Your Reality LTD, at his/her own expense. A customer who requests that the product be collected from the place where it was delivered to him/her or anywhere else, will bear the shipping fee for the delivery.

B. Disclaimer of liability for third party content and sites. Alter Your Reality LTD will not be liable for content published in the links that exist on the Website and that lead to other sites that can be accessed through the same link and/or third-party content.
C. Disclaimer of liability for technological services. Alter Your Reality LTD makes every effort to maintain the intact operation of the Website. At the same time, Alter Your Reality LTD does not guarantee that the service on the Website will not be disrupted due to initiated or other outages, breakdowns and/or malfunctions. Alter Your Reality LTD is not responsible for malfunctions and/or disruptions on the Internet and/or on Bezeq lines and/or international communication lines.
D. In addition, Alter Your Reality LTD is not responsible for any technical problems that prevent the customer from ordering a product through the website and/or updating an order and/or performing any action through the website.
E. Non-liability in case of illegal actions. Alter Your Reality LTD is not responsible for any illegal activity that takes place on the Website by any party.
F. Cancellation of a transaction is the final compensation that is given to the customer in the event of a breach of contract between the customer and Alter Your Reality LTD and the customer shall have no further claims against Eleanor Israeli.
G. Non-liability in case of obvious mistake. Alter Your Reality LTD is not obligated to complete an order in the event that an exceptional error occurred in the description of any product and/or service, such as price and delivery time. The images of the products on the site are for illustration purposes only and there may be differences between the images displayed on the site, some or all of them, and the products actually sold.
H. Non-liability for indirect or special damages of any kind. Alter Your Reality LTD will be liable only for direct and tangible damages caused to the customer or a third party, as a result of use or purchase through the Website, and will not bear any indirect, consequential or special damage, including loss of income and/or deprivation of profit caused by any reason.
I. Alter Your Reality LTD is responsible for the shipment of the product in proper packaging in order to verify its integrity; however, it is not responsible for a defect created as a result of improper shipping by Israel Post/ courier company/ Boxit.
J. The Website customer shall have no claim or demand against Alter Your Reality LTD in respect of the service’s features, characteristics, limitations, or suitability for his/her needs and requirements.
K. If the customer receives a defective product, Alter Your Reality LTD undertakes to credit the customer with the amount he/she has paid for this specific product and/or to replace the product with the same product within a period of 7 business days.
A. Privacy Policy. Alter Your Reality LTD undertakes not to transfer the customer’s details to a third party. Alter Your Reality LTD will allow access to the information only to those of her employees who need the information for the purpose of providing the service.
B. Request for removal under the Privacy Protection Law: Alternatively, the customer may request his/her removal from the database of Alter Your Reality LTD, in which case all records relating to the customer will be deleted except the deletion request itself and data about actions performed by the customer on the Website, including orders.
G. The username and password must be kept confidential. The username and personal password are for personal use only. Alter Your Reality LTD will not be liable for any invasion of privacy or any other invasion caused by unauthorized use of the username and the personal password.
H. Permission to transfer users’ information to third parties. The customer hereby authorizes Alter Your Reality LTD to transfer his/her details to third parties for the purpose of providing the services, as well as to Israel Post, a courier company and/or Boxit.
The wording of the Terms and Conditions as published on the Website is the determining wording at all times.
