There are things no course or certification can truly teach. They are simply written into the path we walk through in life. My own journey, for example, began somewhere completely different.
It took me many years to feel comfortable saying out loud that I was working with energies.
For most of my adult life, I was a woman of numbers, structure, and analytical thinking. I managed large systems and held senior administrative positions while studying science. I needed to understand how things worked. I always searched for logic, structure, and explanations behind everything.
Even when I was first introduced to kinesiology, what attracted me was the precision, the protocols, and the connection between the body and physical and emotional processes.
But at a certain point, life took me somewhere entirely different.
My children faced complex health challenges. I found myself moving between doctors, specialists, and endless medical tests. Despite pages of results, I found no answer that could restore their health – or give me back my sleep at night. I felt so helplessness that words cannot describe. My heart broke watching them suffer, and no management skill, biological formula, or logical framework I had relied on my entire life could save us. It was a period filled with fear, exhaustion, and helplessness unlike anything I had known before.
In those moments, out of complete desperation, I was forced to surrender and do the one thing that frightened my logical mind the most: open both my mind and my heart to the world of energy and frequencies. A world that cannot be seen with the eyes or measured in a laboratory, yet the moment I listened to it, my life changed completely.
Slowly, I understood that not everything could be explained through logic alone or solved through thought.
From that place, I opened myself to a world I had never truly known before – a world of body, energy, frequencies, and ancient wisdom. A world my skeptical mind struggled to accept at first, but the more I studied, explored, and experienced it, the more I realized how deeply our bodies know, remember, and communicate with us in ways we were never taught to truly listen to.
For years, I was afraid of my uniqueness. I was afraid of what people would say, unwilling to leave behind what felt familiar and safe. Yet it was the most difficult period of my life, which led me on a profound journey of learning across the world and toward integrating the two worlds that had always existed within me: the scientific world and the energetic one.
Over time, I learned that real change cannot always be created by thoughts alone. And that sometimes, if we pause and listen differently, something shifts.
Since then, I have guided hundreds of adults and children through personal processes. I have witnessed how a deeper connection to their bodies, emotions, and inner selves allows them to navigate life in a completely different way.
All the modern knowledge, professional experience, and traditional wisdom I gathered throughout my journey became the foundation of this center. And perhaps this is the most significant lesson I have learned along the way: even skeptical and highly rational people can discover an entire world within themselves they never knew existed.
